do you use a certain program to keep in contact, and trackof your clients? does this program tell you for ex- these clients havent made an apt in a long time? i also was wondering if you could offer any reading material in terms of taxes for our type of business, any suggestions...once again thanks for the time and effort you put into this

I use Massage Suite to track my clients and do my insurance billing. It doesn't specifically tell me how long it has been since someone has been in but it has awesome client file management. While I don't know of any reading specifically for taxes I often will see articles in the Massage Therapy Journal regarding tax information as well as Massage Magazine.
