  • I worked with Ronnie and Sammy at different times "Back in the Day". He was unique to say the least. He's playing and sound will certainly live on! Sammy Hagar's first post Montrose album, "Nine on a Ten Scale", was released in early 1976. He left Montrose in early 75' or so. That makes it around 37 years since Sammy was in Montrose.

  • @NORDSTRAND83 Your kidding ? Sammy was out 25 years ago .

  • 3:26... and that smile! oh man ...rock on in heaven Ronnie!

  • What a tragic loss. You will be missed, Ronnie.

  • Rest in Peace Ronnie, you did indeed "Rock the Nation"...You will be missed..

  • @luv24real keith st johns done with montrose so you wont seen this line up anymore sorry

  • I thought Sammy Hagar was the singer of Montrose?

  • Sounds really good for what looks like a fan video. Ronnie's a legend who's inspired so many guitarists, it's just incredible. Keith St. John is a pretty good singer. I'd like to see this band live, and soon.

  • To give credit where it is due -, the camera work on this clip is better than on many of these "amateur single hand-held camera" video clips. Somehow, the sound is pretty good, as well.

  • He's fighting Cancer -Give him a break.
