I love how gymnastics is portrayed as such a graceful, elegant sport, but unless your a gymnast or coach. You know that training as a gymnast is anything but elegant and graceful.

i agree, yet disagree. i agree that nastia is perfect in streamline beauty, but i do not agree that shawn is "too energetic, too almost robotic" it's just defining gymnastics. high power, high energy, difficult skill level and routines that are done perfectly. ROUTINES. duh? now what i do not agree is this: i believe her routines do have a certain flow. you cannot see it if you only have eyes for Nastia's ballet-like grace. it's unfortunate, but true.
