There is so much snow in Tahoe City. Snow plows and tractor trailers constantly burn fuel in order to move snow from streets and parking lots to a storage location down the road. Why not create a terrain park with the snow removal snow? Volunteers could build the parks features by hand. The storage lot could be paved with permeable pavement so snow is filtered as it melts while people play all winter long. An environmental plan that helps the Tahoe City environment and economy!
