Hi there,
Here it is the Vintage Blues Trio (VBT) performing "I Shot the Sheriff". We actually play something very close to Eric Clapton 1970's version, adapted to a trio. I mean, without backing vocals, Hammond organ, etc. I actually wish to play in a band named VBQ instead of VBT, with a good Hammond B3 player completing the quartet. Anybody would like to take a try?
I use here my Fender Pro-Jr amp (a real workhorse for small gigs). I also own a Blues Jr, but I prefer the tone of the Pro with its 10" speaker. I play with a stock Fender Stratocaster 1957 reissue (the US version). Mine is a lefty in two-tone sunburst (the only color available for us, the forgoten lefies). My pedalboard is very simple: Vox Wah, boss TU2 tuner, MXR dynacomp, Fulltone FD-2 overdrive, and Boss Od-3 (used as a booster).
