I have a nokia 5130 express music in red . I love it! what I don't like is the fact that tmobile here in the states doesn't allow third party apps so you can't get opera mini and have to use their crappy browser.

Hey Aeric, I was just wondering how the service (cell phone) is there in Germany. I am planning on moving there in the future and was wondering what you think is the best plan/company to go with. Are there any fees that the U.S. doesn't already have? I know that phone service is expensive in Germany from when I lived there last. Thx and Tchüss.

It *is* expensive. Calling a landline from a cell phone is usually more expensive than calling another cell. Also roaming can kill you. (Using your cell phone outside your own country.)

T-Mobile probably has the best network, but for a good plan and prices I'd choose E-Plus. There are a ton of small subcontractors that offer great prices, but I do not know my way around those at all.

he shouldnt make such a big deal about it, cell phones are headache makers. if anyone agrees with me, plus me. my phone gives me a headache, i am only on it for like 6 min. to talk. i mostly text.
