you guys wana unlock angels arch wheels to mkae some sick cars after you send to sanferrio do a few missons until a dude calls saying you go to driveing school then complet driving school no need 2 get 100% on everything and cesar will call you you can buy wangs cars the do a few missons for ceasr and wheel arch will appear only the cars that you find inside wangs shop can be used in wheel arch i ned more question just comment me
