Great video man. Macward just has absolutely no logic. He's just like a constant loop in programming that'll give you the same output indefinitely until you forcefully kill the program.

Yes, I do believe its pretty pointless to argue facts with Macward... he doesnt seem to have a clue as to what he is doing or what he wants to do. Sure a 30" monitor kicks ass, and no doubt I want one as well... but saying weird stuff about 1:1 pixel ratios is just plain weird... I mean for that to work he would have to have a camera thath shoots at the exact same resolution his monitor uses. I mean wtf...

with FCE and my macbook pro i can have it set the same as you using the laptop screen as video playback without the controls and edit on the other screen the same can be done with imovie 09

Then do a video to prove it. My friends FCP system could not do and Apple said it could not be done. Keep in mind this was over a year ago. I don't doubt the new FCP can do it.

Why are dual monitors not for everybody? I don't do any professional work on my computer and I love having two screens.

It just depends on the software. Bryce would be beter on one big 30" rather than two 20s.
