Juggling Tutorial: b17131

This is also called 4 ball high-middle-low shower. The 7 tends to be lower than it should be, so when you first try this, pay attention to the 7. One way to look at it is that from 4b shower, you throw 1 ball really high, and then do a 3 ball high-low shower underneath it.
