Hey Guys! This is a solo I did at David Friend Recital Hall at Berklee...let me know how you think i did!

By the way, this song is an original musical theater piece done by Berklee graduates, Kyle Ewalt and Michael Walker. "I'm Gonna Get Inside" is sung by Madeline Moore, a young African American girl who has moved from Louisiana to New York City in the hopes of becoming a high class socialite. This song in particular is sung when she goes to an upper end gala, and because she is unknown to say the least, she is denied entry and kicked off the premises.

Just thought you guys would like to know the context...lol

  • And still it's a great song

    A year on

  • Damn .....This is Hot Deb

  • This is beautiful, Debbie. (: I got chills. There were shades of Jennifer Holliday circa Dreamgirls, especially towards the end. The vocals were on point, and what carried the song was the emotion you put behind it.

  • Sounds great, I expected nothing less!! Hope we can attend next time!!
