This type of chipper is great for small brush like this. A self-feeding chipper is slower so you'd have guys standing around waiting for brush to feed. All things considered I still prefer a self-feeder. They have this one set up pretty good though with the feed table up high. They're far safer that way. Plus this one has the "V" shaped table. That's a plus.

Love that distinct sound of Whisper Chippers. Around my area Asplundh doesn't seem to use them anymore. Instead they seem to be using chippers made by Vermeer now that don't make the same noise. I thought those old chippers were super cool when I was a kid.
