mines doing the same, Base leak they called it. anyway, 5 years old, should have got a little more than this i thought, but anyway, in the process, the handle adapter set screw broke off, so moen is sending one of them also... unfortunately i have to wait a week, and in the process of taking apart to find out whats wrong and putting back together so i can have water I now have a leak as bad as yours. Ditto on the good customer service though.

mine is doing the same thing, bought o-ring kit from Home Depot & it only came with 3 rings the Moen faucet i have has five!

Moen products are good. Try some of the other ones and see if they are any better. I doubt you'll find one that is better.

Moen sucks, faucet started leaking after 2yrs. Moen customer service is good. Which is great because their products are terrible.

Remove the faucet and replace the O-rings. Use plenty of grease. Works like a champ.

Moen's customer service was great here in Canada. They sent me kit with the O'rings, grease, and much more. I followed instructions carefully and with some patience it was fixed.
