  • Thanks. Getting ready to do this. Any clue where to find a DS275 rs232 chip? Need one for an RCS 8ah232 hub for my thermostat. Blew out that comm chip but can't find a new one.

  • @getoutanddosomething Both digikey and mouser seem to carry this part, have you checked their sites? If you need more help, post on the CocoonTech forums, plenty of engineers on there ;)

  • @cocoontechcom Thanks. Digikey and others have that chip marked as non-stock or discontinued and I certainly don't need 10,000 of them but I'll check with them and see if their minimum on a non-stock is reasonable. Thanks again for the video. Replacing the 485 chip fixed my secu16's and Ocelot.
