Though Frank had a passion for UFO's and stuff, i believe this song's lyrics has something to do with mexicans trying to cross US border illegally, but i may be mistaken.

The opening riff reminds me of Iggy Pop's "Lust for Life," but it truly evolves into something so much more than a rock song. "Trompe le Monde" is a triumphant finale to a great band.
