There is a KFC outlet in Rawalpindi-Pakistan, deaf boys and girls are managing it, went lots of time there and never felt a problem in ordering. Good thing is they always smile :)

The sign for America in Egyptian Sign Language is actually two gun handshapes quickfiring at the hips. However, most of the Deaf Community are aware of the alternative signs. The deaf in Egypt often learn ASL as a second language if they have the opportunity or the internet and ability to meet some ASL users.

The sign for Cairo is actually the sign for 'Giza' the area the KFC is in. The sign for Cairo is a pyramid with the hands breaking apart with both hands forming downward facing L's.
