Ulfric's victory speech in Solitude

Thanks to our hero Skyrim has been liberated from the Empire's tyranny. But his bloodthirst has not been satiated yet. He wants all the power for himself and so tries to murder Ulfric as he's making his speech. Unfortunately Ulfric is wearing a daggerproof vest or is under the protection of Talos or something and doesn't even notice our hero Dragonborn trying to stab the living shit out of him.
So tired of trying he decides the jarl Elisif will do instead. But just as she's about to get stabbed, the bitch miraculously disappears in the thin air. How did that happen! Aww the bad luck of our hero in this unfortunate day.
Hey, where's everybody going now? Oh, now they noticed the Imperial Penitus Oculatus Agent who's been standing there all along doing noting not minding about all the fighting and Stormcloacks taking over the city and stuff...
