For me, security would be an issue, in a ground floor property such as this. Price is good though, and I understand you are offering it as an example for people on a low budget. But wouldn't a condo be a better option? I have seen many OK condos advertised for less than B10k a month (on chiang mai realestate websites) and the security would have to be better. I like to sleep soundly and safely at night. :)

@gregybrown1 This is a gated property and all windows have welded security bars (as do most houses) and neighbors close by. Big difference from 3500 to 10000. And the condos they aren't any safer because the halls are desolate so burglars are less visible.
