@theblackcat1236kpop I got it at Sally's Beauty Supply! The brand is Sally Girl, they are in mini bottles and unfortunately they didn't have names! :'(

@AnnieLovesKillljoys it depends on what you prefer really, both would work! or even a toothpick! i just used a thin brush since it holds more paint and i dont have to dip it as much :)
