Nice playing! Long ago we called this "Keith style" banjo picking because one Bill Keith was believed to be the originator of the melody-making banjo roll. I now doubt that Bill Keith was the first to do this, but he was recording records back in the 70's, and this was his style. Either way, these cascading notes are kinda magical.
