During this part of the video series, we talk about being aware of the cameras and what you do on a regular basis. You may notice a strange car or person. Also, you may need to deal with a deposition, understanding that it's an interrogation. You don't want to make a simple statement like "I never wear pink" which to you could mean I rarely wear pink. In a deposition the other side will take what you say with literal value, so don't be conversational. Also, we look at ways to counteract video. Like did they shoot 10 minutes out of 3 days? Or shoot you taking out that garbage which you say you can't do -- but sometimes we have to do things that cause us discomfort. So that one day out of 6 months you may be filmed.
