Damn. Am I partly guilty for these murders?
I own a cassette of the Beatles' music!
(groan - just kidding)

Thats "a" copy of the White alb.......it's not idiot's(manson's) copy

Wow!! I could spend years in that room.

@jenzeppelin I was just talking in terms of procedure i know they tried the cases and transmission of disease is not an issue

@Obelisk2290 I think in this instance the gloves are unevessary because the cases are closed, not open or cold. Therefore, the evidence has already been processed and used, Basically, it's now archive stuff.

thought they had to wear gloves when hanling this stuff

that was very interesting thanks for posting..

Did anyone else notice that the trigger guard is broke as well as the handle on the 22cal Buntline Special? I wonder if that was broke over Frykowski's head like the handle?JerryW08 I don't know about Helter Skelter I think that was made up by Bugliosi to snag Manson but Tex was surely unstable! Anyone that would tell a shrink that "They were all running around like chicken's with thier heads cut off" and he smiled when he said it! You can google Tex Watson's mental evaluation and read it!!
Yes It would be interesting to see this stuff on display and it might help raise enough money to keep some daycare center or clinic open that otherwise might close due to state cutbacks. Think about it, all those bad things might end up serving something good for a change. I would however object to anything being displayed that had the victims blood on it.

They better hope the building doesn't burn. How many times have I read that lots of old police evidence gets burned up in a fire, and then years later, they need it for a cold case being revisited? Seems pretty risky leaving it in that building like that. They should try to find some underground storage for it and take very, very good care of it.
