I love that we're now in this time where the culture of being a kid in the eighties is starting to manifest in the 'serious' art of adults who grew up in that period. A hoverboard reference? 'Daniel' being about Daniel San? Bat for Lashes whole evocative ET inspired hoodies and bikes and pine trees thing? ...Too good to be true.
