  • @suensmith This is one confused lawyer...remember he said in his own words that the ''1st option is Hague, the 2nd option is Hague and the 3rd option is Hague''.

  • Lawyer Evans Mongare - Systems in Kenya cannot work to prosecute the PEV perpetrators as it stands. It is being reformed but that reform could take 2-3 years before the judiciary has then integrity and backbone to prosecute them.

  • Gitobu Imanyara is a hero to so many. When I first read the Nairobi Law Monthly, long before I went to uni., it changed my view of things forever. You have fought for the voiceless, the least in society and many people whose usufruct rights are driven to desperate survival actions such as the Ogieks, PEV victims, etc. Don't give up because what we are seeing here is a fight between the haves and the have-nots. I can't believe these MPs rejected a local tribunal and now want the same.
