he does a good job of keeping a clean playfield too

you have to consider the fact that he's using an arcade machine which is most probably incapable of being as fast as a PC. if you want to compare yamota kazake with others, then compare with someone else who plays on the machine. your argument is not about the player, but more of the machine.
