KMTP-TV Reporter Melanie Reynard features French-Mali dancer/playwright Maïmouna Coulibaly, as she brings West African dances like "Coupé-Décalé" to the Bay Area.
On a special visit to San Francisco, Maïmouna teaches at the Bollyhood Café in the Mission District. She will perform her play, "Ehhh Mariamou," dealing with French-African cross-cultural identity, at San Francisco's Dance Mission Theater on September 25, 26, and 27, 2009.
