  • I never understood why Green got so much criticism for this rant. I love to see that these professionals care. Maybe if some of his players had taken the game this personally, they wouldn't have lost.

  • sport needs more of this sort of display, rather than interviews where people dance around issues and give fake answers rather than speaking their mind.

  • Boy, i remember this game like it was yesterday. Such a comeback by the Bears. hahaha

  • What does Green do now?

  • 15 people are who we thought they were.

  • IF YOU WANNA CROWN THEM THEN CROWN THERE ASS

  • A classic meltdown.

  • Translation:

Dennis Green: The Bears are who we prepared for ...*getting angry*... The Bears are who we prepared for based off what we saw during the 3rd week of the preseason... We felt prepared! and that's why we confidently took the field tonight. Now If you want to call the Bears the champs then do so!... but the Bears are exactly who we prepared for, and too many damn turnovers cost us the game!

  • The Cardinals really collapsed in that game. Monumental collapse.

  • @harlequin75 Offense could'nt do diddly.Defense scored almost all the points.Rex Grossman could've stayed home that game.So id be pissed too knowing the offense was'nt even needed to beat a team that was way ahead.

  • I'd be pissed too if my team didn't "play to win the game".

The Bears couldn't "do diddly poo.."; 'they couldn't get a first down'; "they couldn't run the ball".

C'mon, "but they are who we thought they were and we let them off the hook"

  • How would one expect Green to react after the Cardinals offense and special teams gave the game away to the Bears like that? That loss was absolutely inexcusable. Green should have run his offensive players and special teams players until their tongues were on the ground the following week in practice. Coaches can only rightfully take so much blame and so much credit for the preparation (or lack thereof) of their team. Ultimately, their players have to make plays, or at least not fuck up.
