The Government has initiated a workshop on Public-Private partnership that is designed to improve the investment climate in Kenya. In order to achieve goals set out in Vision 2030, the private sector has been identified as the key engine for growth hence their vital inclusion in various infrastructural projects. The policy document advocates revision in the Public Private Partnership law that will allow the private sector to participate in the development and management of public services. This guy should stop quoting figures carelessly, no wonder his math is wrong.60-20 =40 and not 20. These are the people holding big offices through corrupt means; they have no academic credentials.
