Waterfiends in the Chaos Tunnels with Iron Titan and Penance Aura

This is ~25-30mins at waterfiends in the chaos tunnels. With this setup I can get ~200 crimsons/hr. Keep in mind I'm not on a slayer task or using overloads.

This method relies on the Penance Aura and Prayer Renewal potions to sustain my prayer (regular prayer potions are needed once in a while). The Penance Aura gains prayer points equal to 20% of any damage you receive.

I found overloads boosted my defence too much and I wasn't being hit hard enough for Penance to work well. Regular prayer potions instead of super prayers because super prayers are a pain in the ass to make and I'd rather use them at castle wars lol.

I'ts somewhat difficult to balance everything... turn off soul split when full lp = use less prayer = bring less prayer potions = more room for summoning potions = use iron titan scrolls more often = more charms/hour! I'm still working out the right numbers for prayer potions/summoning potions.

If by using overloads you don't get hit hard enough for the aura to restore your prayer, wouldn't it be better to use overloads with void? This way you may get hit just well enough and you get some prayer bonus as well.

@nbjingle i like having them aggressive towards me so i take more damage (which means more prayer renewal) so i ran a few rooms away until they were off my minimap to make them re-aggressive again
