The Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter just started sending back pictures of Mars. This zooms in on Victoria Crater; the Mars Exploration Rover Opportunity is visible.

  • what song is this, sounds familiar

  • "Layla" by Eric Clapton.

  • It's teeny when you look at it from a zillion miles up... (I know how pathetic I am, thinking everything thats mini is adorable.)

  • Opportunity is about the size of a golf cart. There are probably satellites orbiting earth right now that can count your freckles as you tan in your backyard.

  • I really don't now why but Opportunity just looked so darn cute and teeny! It reminds me of seeing a little ant unintentionally being caught in a little photo.

  • That cute teeny little robot is the size of a golf cart :)
