I don't know "D" is for Doctor or not? I used to have this game over 10 years before but I never beat it cause there is no "Save" function and only 3 times hints. After I have die many times, I gave up.

Yeah I remember seeing it in Sega magazines in 1998. But the game never made it to Europe.

I had this game for the PC. It was awesome and really scary! And because of it's title, is almost impossible to find anywhere! There was a sequel but I don't think it ever saw the outside of Japan :-(
