League of Legends Progressive Metal - Will of the Blades (Irelia) - Beyond Horizons

An original song I made about one of my favorite characters in League of Legends. Enjoy.

Progressive Metal is the main genre I play. I'm a League gamer but I'm also a metal musician at heart. I wrote this song in an ambient and dark atmosphere for Irelia because of her shadowy personification as an assassin and to also fit the ethereal blue/violet enigmatic world of Summoner's Rift.

I was thinking for a while and I said screw it, profits can burn in hell. I forgot that making music is not about making money. So that's why I want all of you guys who want this song on your ipod or itunes - go download this right now! I don't know how to set up a download link but if you can get my song, then get it - it's completely free and all the other songs I will be posting in the future on youtube. Somone put my song on Piratebay or something I don't care (but remember this is my song lol). Enjoy guys. I'll be posting more material in the near future!

P.S. STOP saying my recording sucks. I do not need to be constantly reminded that I'm a poor musician that can only record with audacity.

Hahaha Thanks bro. Speaking of Bulb, most of my inspiration for making ambient type music with clean channels and delay comes from him. But Jetpacks is an absolute masterpiece and should not by any means be compared to this song.

I think this song actually fits her quite well.

Irelia is one of the few champs who's lore I like. She's all about determination, willpower and selflessness.

Clutching her father's massive sword, she did her best to defend her nation from the invading Noxian forces but was eventually struck down.

Soraka made a desperate bid to save her... and Irelia rose again, her father's blade floating at her side.

She and her blades are the very embodiment of strength through devotion.

This is fucking awesome. I'm a huge fan of prog metal myself, particularly of bands like Seventh Wonder, Threshold and Opeth, and the power metal/prog metal mixture of many bands like Blind Guardian, Kamelot, Lost Horizon, etc. You should do a song about Garen and make it very power metal-ish, because he's like the image of what a power metal fan would like to be (a knight, speaking all epic, etc.). Keep up the great work!

Yea I red it after I commented. But hey ! You are a musican and summer is coming and I bet there will be many little concerts for "amator" musicans and a bit more experienced bands to join and play their songs. Just join some of them and get yourself some name ! If you are not fooling this and you made this all urself then you definitelly earn respect and name.
