Video by http://www.budcox.com. Dartfish video analysis can help you see the correct bio-mechanical reference points.

The Pro tennis player on the left screen has been trained in The ACE System. Oscar is on the right, and you can see his progress on the forehand, backhand, volley, and serve. (The video is short, but you can get tons out of it if you pause and start for frame-by-frame viewing.)

This video will also give you an idea of the amount of time it can take to improve your tennis technique (one hour in this video). If you apply the correct bio-mechanical reference points, you can develop pro-like form in no time.

You can view a free list of reference points at http://www.budcox.com. Enjoy and see what tennis tips you can glean for your game from the quick online video comparison.

  • This child will have knee injuries if he keeps locking his right leg on that backhand. Look how his legs are pointing in opposite directions as he finishes the stroke. Very dangerous.
