Doesn't speak hebrew or arabic? Im pretty sure he went through preschool, elementary and high school at a Montreal Jewish Moroccan school! I will admit that he probably does not speak arabic like most students going to that school but i'm sure like everyone else, he picked some up. As for the Hebrew, 12 years at a jewish school will teach you a lot.
