I have only recently started working out (start of school year) I'm 16 but I am very dedicated to my work out trying to get bigger (tired of getting called weak lol) for soccer and such. But i developed my body in the first 2 years, then maintained it for about 5 years, until i started competing in natural bodybuilding shows. Then i learned alot of natural ways of improving my body and good exercise and nutrition techniques. In the last 3 yesars i probably gained just abit more muscle all round. So if you train consistently, you will get a great physique. just improve ur nutrition knowledge and training tips to grow

  • I'm on month 1 at the gym and already seeing new cuts in my arms...I go to the gym every other day, workout arms one day, then legs the other...so each muscle group gets about 4 days rest. I need to lose about 40 lbs of fat so I also do 30 mins of cardio every time I'm at the gym. Can you work with me on gaining nutrition and training knowledge so I can look like this in two years? My goal is to not only be healthy, but to participate in competitions as well.
