Tonereise is influenced by many great country, roots, blues and folk artists, such as Johnny Cash, Emmylou Harris, Ry Cooder, John Hartford, Roy Rogers, Elvis Aron Presley, Allison Krauss, Jerry Douglas, Ragnar Vigdal, Knut Reiersrud etc

These guys are worth paying to see. I'm continually amazed that so many people have nothing better to do than post snide comments on the Web. Just like the Beatles were inspired by Elvis and Buddy Holly, so this band was inspired by Johnny Cash and Ry Cooder. At least they have taste. If they had been inspired by Pat Boone and Fabian Forte the result might have been different.
