SWTOR - Sniper channel bug

both series of shots and cull occasionall fail to do any damage during their respective channels, the second part of this bug is that cull/sos do not go on cooldown after the channel completes.

If you are ever too far away to see damage numbers and you can channel something more than once most likely the channels are doing no damage.
