That bell always sounded like that. I rode that elevator when the store first opened. This is one of, if not my favorite elevators.

You should make a trip to Buffalo, not too far from Rochester. There's a Dover elevator at the Buffalo/Niagra Marriott that had controller issues (or something) and nearly trapped me. I hope they modernized or replaced those in the renovation!
