Just been testing some audio editing freeware so I thought I'd add a sound clip to William Walton's first movement of his Spitfire Fugue.
The images are in the public domain and show various Spitfires and pictures of the Spitfire designer - RJ Mitchell and composer William Walton.
I am not claiming any rights to the images or audio content.
THIS VIDEO IS PURELY FAN-MADE. I AM MAKING NO PROFIT FROM THIS.

Cheers, with Duxford just up the road I really need to visit it a lot more. Need to find out when the Spit owners fly on practice days as one flies over here quite regularly doing acrobatics.

A masterpiece of music about a masterpiece of engineering!
Stirring stuff Bro. Makes me wonder what Britain would have ended up like if Mitchell had died before creating his marvel. Thank God they didn't choose the name 'Shrew' as had been suggested by someone at the Air Ministry.
