Starts With One (Classixx Remix) - Shiny Toy Guns

Music video i made for the Shiny Toy Guns song "Starts With One (Classixx Remix)" which can be found on their album "Girls Le Disko." I take no credit for the song only the video itself.

The theme of this video is clearly suicide. My hope is that this video will shock you and help you to realize that suicide is a very serious issue faced today by many teenagers. I also want you to realize that everything you do can affect somebody. You make think "Oh it was just the one thing, they'll get over." But those small things can build up over time into something serious so please, think twice before you act.

I made this for a project in Video Production. The requirement in the class for the video was that it needed to be a music video, so I chose the song and the theme of suicide. This video earned 2nd place in the Cabin Fever film festival and also 2nd in the Ohio University EMPixx awards.

With the exception of two scenes I filmed the entire video myself. The whole video was shot using a single camera. Thanks to Galen Tipton, Mitchell Dooley, Nathaniel McConnaughey, Kaleb Gordon, Chris Sheldon, Kyle Phelps, Lee Moore, Matt Roberts, Austin Hilderbrandt, and Tiffany Clay for your help in various areas. I like the pharmaceutical take.You have talent and some good shots. You also have a lot of filler. I would cut some of that and replace it when youtube takes out the audio. Keep producing and having good taste in music.
