In this video we take a look at how to fry/roast a trout on a rock as indigenous peoples did. This is a very basic skill that does a great job (it cooks evenly as the rock absorbs the heat). The biggest thing to remember is not to choose rocks that have trapped moisture in them.

  • @pctucker Love the kids in the background. This is how kids learn. By watching their parents. These kids will be some of the smarter self sufficient people when they grow up.

  • Your kids are hilarious! Loved that reaction to the egg on the rock. I'm a little amazed that it stayed on the rock though lol. Eggs definitely like to flow to the lowest point.
