Try working with a partner if you dont have the strength or the balance. Get them to hold your ankles, so they can also assist with some of your body weight.   • This is a push-up. You don't always have to go all the way down for it to be a push-up. These kind are especially tough - if you don't believ e me - try it. I guarantee you won't be able to do it unless you've built up your shoulders and triceps. Great job!
