Also see thew 1950 and new 2007 Tacoma, Washington Narrows bridges, including workers on the suspender cables and walking across the main cables.

  • @NearDeathExperienc They completely rebuild the bridge ten years later in 1950, due to World War 2 and the shortage of steel need to complete the bridge.

  • Just for reference but I assume the bridget on the right is the original from 1940 the one that fell down and then they have updated the road with underneath structure later on, but keeping the existing tower uprights?
