Not easy i know and u know what..I totally agree! Its the least u can expect "them" to do. But sadly there are ppl out there who expect "them" to even change their name, relgion, culture and skin colour before THEY would call anyone "British"..

but i have no dramas with anyone coming over here to live in britain, just learn the language, abide by our customs and dont drown us with urs. and dont come over here with hate the west attitude!!! when all is like that, like amir, then things are all good!!
