Probably one of the best roads outside of the Alps - Sa Calobra

The road weaves it's way for 12km through the mountains to the north of Mallorca, down to the coast and the town of Sa Calobra. I lost count of the number of hair pins, the only real problem is ensure you do this trip early morning, it can get busy with other vehicles. Whilst a great find I was in a hire car, this road is now on the bucket list of roads to come back to on a motor bike.
