Hey can you use these with stock 47 inch springs? Reason why would be for a 4wd drive conversion. Would be nice to have bolt on spring hangers for the conversion.

"I"m the fastest fat man on the planet son" hahahaha love it dude hey man I"m building a 84 K30 its a temporarily a 2wd frame. When I get a rolling chasis completed I'm dropping a Cummins on it. My question is to support that weight, get about 6" of lift AND a ride like anything other than a timber cart should I go with some 8" lift EZ ride front springs or some 6" lift 52" springs or what? As far as front springs right now I'm kinda shooting blind folded and whatever I land on, I land on

@ferebeescott211 Lol, =0)~. Well This is how it goes man with lifted spring nor mater what they are the bigger the arch for the lift ther rougher the ride and less flex, 52 56 or not. The name of thos springs are big for the factor springs. If you can i would go with 52 up front 6" nothing more and 56" out back 6" lift, Well you can always go with a 4.5 inch shackle flip then go with a 2" 56" spring, that should net you 6" of lift and flex and ride great.

@ferebeescott211 Remember also moving your stock 52's up front with get you a 4" lift buddy Then if you do a ez inch that 5 and a longer shackle you be close to 6". You also gottat remember with this set up front you have to do crossover for the extra travel, a stock push and pull set up will not alway driver side to down drop and it will bing and get tons of bump steer.I have seen guys install cumming in chevy frames just box up the frame, Diy4x actually sales a kit.

nice vid man i am thinking about doing the Shackle flip and the b52 kit on my 85 blazer do you think it would go good with my 8 inch superlift
eddieh31 1 month ago
@eddieh31 No, 8" spring have a really big arch in them and they may measure Shorter then stock with the gab diff eye hole to eye hole. The b52 kit is designed for longer spring up front like a 52" spring or 56" spring. Sometime on lifted spring you also gotta more the rear Eye shackle hanger inward to get a good Shackle Angle. For the back A shackle flip is great for flexing and trail rideing but you lose alot of Weight load capacity. Just my info bro, if you need more. PM me cool man. =0)
