About 5 months as I recall. I just did this video as a demo for someone that was having trouble knowing where to deliver the treat..not to demo how to teach jumping in general. I think you should wait to start my jumping program until the dog is physically and mentally mature enough to do so. That's a judgment that I leave to the owner. I don't feel that jumping like this, ie lofting over the jump on a cushioned surface, is detrmental to young dogs.
