This video is the fifth in a series Josh Mettle has produced outlining the steps in the new home construction process.

(Step 1 is to get the pre-approval for your loan taken care of and Step 2 is to select your community, your lot and your general floor plan. Step 3 is the Pre-Construction Meeting and Step 4 is Color Selection.)

Step 5

Electrical and Flat Work Meeting

1. Meeting will take place in your framed home because Gough Homes has learned through their 30 years of homebuilding that most clients have a much easier time seeing where they want their lights, outlets, fans and accent lighting if they are actually in the space. So you have the chance to actually see where you want your lights hung, electrical outlets to be and have an experience of the space as you decide. Most builders require you to make those selections during the Pre-Construction Meeting, but Gough Homes wants to ensure your home fits your needs.
