My first astral projection was back in the late 80's and was similar to his first experiences ... not knowing much on this subject, at the time, made it more frightening but now it's so matter of fact to me. Thanks for sharing. :-)

I have been Astral Projecting for the past 38 yrs. when in 1971 the year Roberts book Journeys Out of the Body was Published. My Father gave me the book and I read it in two days. Within two days after I read the book I began Traveling to other Dimensions. I have been to the lower 4th & 5th Dimensions, the Parallel 3rd dimension where the Universe is Mirrored by a double or opposite Universe. I have been to an Astral Plane where lost Spirits / Souls coalesce after Death. Life is all Vibration.

there is a binaural frequency layered onto this video can you hear that buzzing kinda noise in the background most defintely binaural because one of my chakra's is responding massively to it I listen to them frequently to meditate thats how I know

@chromakey84 Yes. I was listening to H-Plus - Brain Repairs & Maintenance around 2002 or so. I felt a pulsing in my chest. I put my hand on my chest to make sure it was not my heart beating faster. It was a distinctly different beating than my heart (which I could also feel at the time.) I almost had an OBE but not quite. Hopefully soon! :)

I have also experienced an astral heartbeat, where my heart feels like its going to beat out of my chest, but if I withdrawal I find that my heart is at a normal pace. any one ever feel this happen to them? I have felt the same thing when I have used shamanic sage plants to put me in other realms.

I have had some serious projections as well. I am 26 years old and havent experienced them in a few years. The vibrations are almost painful too me, but so exciting. There is so much more going on than we can even imagine, love the life around you and be at peace and gentle with yourself and others.

then when i was 13 or 14 yrs old i could see things that are coming, experiences that has still to happen like advanced experience before i experience it. i could see people even before i meet them. see happenings/things a week in advance or 2yrs in advance. i don't know what i am anymore. i don't understand why this is happening to me.
