Off road event at Speen, Near high Wycome.
Too many trees, too close for comfort. I didnt want to scratch my paintwork up so I was being a bit on the cautious side.
I think the P38 did well on the Road Tires, They are Goodyear Wranglers on these new wheels and definately arent as good as whatever I had on when I went to Oxley Shaw.
The site was OK, but got a bit samey, with no challenges for road cars that dont involve driving into tree stumps.

Look at it this way. Those old cars add housing for animals.

Looking at that, looks like swamp. Took my Defender to that part and water was over top of tyres. Had to be towed out of one of the bomb craters as well! Its tough if go a little faster and to harder parts

not as good as it was when it was first built was a real challenge then. i live in the village so use it a lot. hopefully see you at the next meet

yeah its not as challenging as it was a few years ago when it was first constructed by someone in speen. took my discovery up there a couple of weeks before the event happened in feb. hopefully will see you up there next time.
