Wow, I REALLY understand what you're saying. My husband is in the IT world---8 months to get a new job. I could totally rant right along next to you and add some of my own complaints (hahaha), but I'll just say--I really do understand your frustration.

Thanks, that was a fun Rant. If Your using Movie maker under effects is double speed, just drag and drop at the place you want to use the effect, you can layer effects.
